Concord California Backyard Wedding for Shelby and Derrick

Shelby and Derrick had a beautiful backyard wedding in Concord, California. I was so honored to be there to capture all these special moments for them. They had so many fun details. I just loved their DIY elements, like their pet photo table numbers and the succulent table decor. My absolute favorite part of the wedding was definitely the ceremony which included live music and a group of friends singing their hearts out. For a minute I thought I was in an episode of Glee. It was the coolest processional I have ever seen! Oh and who can forget Norman, the cutest garter wearing pup around! Music, laughter, family, friends and good times are very important to them, and it was obvious throughout their wedding day. However, I have to say, what made this wedding the most special to me was the fact that it was for family. It has been many years since I made my way up to Concord, and I was so thrilled to capture this happy occasion for these dear relatives. Shelby and Derrick, I am so happy for you!
