Sarah & Jason : Hollywood Portrait Session

When I photograph Jason with Sarah I have to tell him when to look at me. Not because he is shy or doesn’t like having his picture taken, it’s because he is looking at Sarah. The whole captivated by beauty thing you read about from classic romance novels, totally exists in real life. I have seen it. It was like this at their engagement session, it was like this at their wedding, and a year later, it was still like this at their anniversary session. (awwww!) Then,  just when I think my heart is about to melt from the romance, Sarah and Jason crack a sarcastic joke, and we’re all laughing. Love and laughter, what more do you need, right?

Last fall these two were married in this amazing wedding. Now living in Hollywood, I ventured down that way to capture some photos for their anniversary. We visited cool street art and some iconic locations. We wrapped things up at their very own home to make sure we got a couple shots of the adorable Rowdy. Including some classic black and white head shots so Sarah can create a family photo wall to rival that of Kris Jenner (Kardashian).

Sarah and Jason – I still consider myself so lucky that you found me as clients, and have since become such good friends. Congratulations on your first year as husband and wife!
